Our Service Center performs a strict Quality Management System, both in products and in processes of transformation
It also has its own laboratory, equipped with the necessary instrumentation to develop its activity:
- Micrometer, measures the thickness of the coil-plate-strip.
- Measurement of coatings, measures the zinc coating.
- Spectrometer, analyzes the chemical elements of the steel coils.
- Traction machine, calculates the mechanical data of the coils (elasticity limit, breaking load and elongation).
- Press, preparation of test tubes.
- Durometer, measures the hardness in HRB (Rockwell) of the coils.
Together with the quality certificates, all the extracted parameters are emitted, both from the supplier and from ours.
